Repatriation
All deaths of Zambian Nationals in the UK must be reported to the Zambia High Commission via email info@zambiahc.uk.org
Citizens who wish to have the remains of their departed repatriated to Zambia can inform the Mission providing a copy of the death certificate and also details of the Funeral Manager if applicable. Application for a death certificate can be made in writing by the next of kin of the deceased whose death was registered in Zambia to:
